8.2(d) Supply of goods to projects financed by multilateral or bilateral agencies / funds as notified by Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Ministry of Finance (MOF) under International Competitive Bidding (ICB) in accordance with procedures of those agencies / funds, where legal agreements provide for tender evaluation without including customs duty;

Supply and Installation of goods and equipment (single responsibility of turnkey contracts) to projects financed by multilateral or bilateral agencies / funds as notified by DEA, MoF under ICB in accordance with procedures of those agencies / funds, which bids may have been invited and evaluated on the basis of Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) prices for goods manufactured abroad;

Agencies / Funds notified by Government of India for the purpose of Deemed Export Benefits :-

	International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA)
	International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)
	Asian Development Bank (ADB)
	Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Fund
	Yen credit channelised through Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). (Development component only).
	Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA)

Benefits

	If supplies made against above, supplier shall be entitled to
	Advance Authorisation / Advance Authorisation for Annual requirement / DFIA.
	Deemed Export Drawback.
	Exemption / Refund of Terminal Excise Duty.
	whichever is applicable.
