Duty Entitlement Passbook (DEPB) Scheme

Objective Neutralize incidence of Duty Incidence of customs duty on import content of Export product

Restrictions
	No exports shall be allowed unless DEPB rate of export product notified.
	DEPB amount not to exceed 50% of PMV, where DEPB rates exceed 10%
	DEPB shall be issued with single port of registration, which will be port where exports have been effected.
	No revalidation allowed
